With her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to community development in her former role as the Director of our Director of Food and Agricultural Development Center, Jessica Pendelton is a fantastic addition to our loan department. As the Director of Loan Services, Jessica will oversee our loan programs, working closely with individuals and organizations seeking financial assistance for their projects. Her dedication to supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs will undoubtedly make a significant impact on the success of our loan services. We are equally thrilled to welcome Sam Motzko as the new Director of our Food and Agricultural Development Center. Sam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sustainable agriculture practices and food systems development. Her passion for promoting local food production and strengthening rural economies will be instrumental in guiding our initiatives related to food security, sustainable farming, and agricultural innovation. Sam’s visionary approach and collaborative spirit will help us create even more opportunities for farmers, ranchers, and food entrepreneurs, further bolstering the resilience and sustainability of our local food systems.
At Headwaters RC&D, we firmly believe that our success is deeply rooted in the expertise and dedication of our staff.
